Many have been saying and agreeing with President Trump and his defense team, That Judge Juan Merchan should have recused himself because of conflict of interest. Senator J.D Vance and he is not alone call for criminal investigation into Judge Merchan for deprivation of rights violations under 18 USC SS241-242.

“As for a possible conspiracy under Section 241, there are many likely coconspirators to consider.  For one, Merchan’s daughter Loren seems to be an obvious beneficiary of Merchan’s biased rulings.  She works as a fundraiser for Democratic officials and organizations, and she helped her clients raise $93 million from donors during Trump’s trial in New York, partly by invoking the case and smearing the defendant in solicitation emails.

Prosecutors in the office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg—from Christopher Conroy to Matthew Colangelo to Bragg himself—have also shown themselves to be plausible coconspirators.  After all, they have repeatedly urged Merchan to deprive President Trump of his First Amendment rights in court filings and oral advocacy.  One can only wonder what sort of ex parte communications might have led Merchan to so enthusiastically embrace a prior restraint on speech that he would have known to be repugnant to the Constitution.“

Judge Juan Merchan is himself a large doner to the democratic party, and another big question is, Has there been Collusion between the Biden Administration, the DNC or any other Anti Trump party to stop Trump from campaigning and possibly to influence the outcome of Novembers Presidential Election “ELECTION INTERFERANCE” . If any investigations find any evidence of collusion or intent to intentionally interfere with the election through Lawfare than We the People demand that they be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law . Each individual with each count given what President Trump has been denied ( A fair trial) since We the People are civilized and believe in the Law and a non-Bias Courthouse, Something those that find trump and his supporters political enemies are so willingly to Deny them.

“Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) filed a misconduct complaint Tuesday against the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s Manhattan hush money trial, alleging that his selection to handle the former president’s case — and others involving his allies — is “not random at all.” 

The House Republican Conference chairwoman’s complaint with the inspector general of the New York State Unified Court System called for an investigation into Justice Juan Merchan “to determine whether the required random selection process was in fact followed.” 

“The potential misconduct pertains to the repeated assignment of Acting Justice Juan Merchan, a Democrat Party donor, to criminal cases related to President Donald J. Trump and his allies,” Stefanik wrote.”

“The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is more involved in Democratic Politics – through her work as head of the consulting firm Authentic Campaigns — and Stefanik argued in her missive that Loren Merchan’s “firm stands to profit greatly if Donald Trump is convicted.” 

“One cannot help but suspect that the ‘random selection’ at work in the assignment of Acting Justice Merchan, a Democrat Party donor, to these cases involving prominent Republicans, is in fact not random at all,” the New York Republican lawmaker wrote. 

Stefanik demanded an investigation into the “anomaly” and asked that anyone found to be involved in any sort of “scheme” to get Merchan on the three cases face discipline. “

It is time that hard and solid investigations are conducted, and any Criminal imparities and the involved Parties are charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for each and every REAL crime.

Democrats Continue to blame Republicans for the border crises.

Continually Democrats and this administration blame Republicans for the migrant invasion of the borders. Biden Makes statements to the point that he has repeatedly asked for border agents, judges and everything else he needs to deal with the border crises. We find these administrations and the Left-wing politicians in Washington misleading the American people.

The data above clearly shows that the narrative that the Democrats and the administration had been weaving about the border being secure was false, when they could no longer get everyone to believe the bull they were producing they changed gears and went to blaming Republicans. How about the administration and the democrats had renewed the remain in Mexico policy, How about if they had just closed the border down, without the proper process and paperwork there is no entry, How about when states step up to do what the Federal government is responsible for that they show support for that state (TEXAS) , how about instead of halting the construction of the border wall and looking to sell off the materials used to build it, that Democrats and this administration had finished the border wall. We have to remember that the border wall was fully funded, and this administration and the democrats shut it down as soon as they could.

At the end of the trump administration the migrant contacts at the border was under a million, these numbers do not include got aways and those that came across the border undetected. as of this year thanks to this administration and, yes because of the actions of the Democrats in Washingtons decision to open the border (epic failure to secure the border) the numbers are in the area of 2,214,652.00. If you find this to be dangerous than you would be correct. The reason that House Republicans have blocked bills for border funding isn’t because they don’t want to secure the border, but it is the verbiage and the nature of the bills themselves, they are more about funding issues other than actually securing the border and slowing the flow of illegal migrants to manageable numbers.

For some time we have stated the concern of national security risk from the high influx of military age migrants from around the world that would be more than happy to chant death to America, and this is wrong. It is time for the Federal Government to get up off their duffs and start doing their duty to American citizens. The age and countries of origin should be of concern as this increases the risk to US Citizens as well as those that are here through legal means.

Liberals skip over Due process to use section 3 of the 14th

As we have seen time and time again lately, many liberals have been pushing to disqualify Donald J Trump from appearing on the 2024 presidential ballot by trying to invoke the 14th amendment section 3 . My apologies, I have inadvertently referenced section 2 of the 14th amendment when it is actually section 1.

So again my argument to these people that seem to try to use the constitution to benefit their agenda, they should not at the same time try to violate others rights. The right to due process is a very important right and should not be taken lightly. Innocent until proven guilty, They use the 5th amendment and ignore the parts that apply and move right to what they feel benefit’s their cause.

Section 2

But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

 So Trump won New Hampshire , So now after winning Ohio and NH and by the looks of the polling he will win South Carolina. When DeSantis decided it was wise to suspend his campaign like Vivek Ramaswamy. Ron and Vivek could not see a obtainable path to the finish line ahead of trump and understand the Trump is the strongest choice, So much that they put their full support behind Donald J Trump.

Democrat voters in NH wrote in Joe Biden as he was not on the ticket in NH, hummmm and he beat the other candidates with 51.5%. with independent polling on his job, the polls have not been in his favor , in fact Biden has the lowest approval rating I have seen in a while. It should make some question the results in NH, as there cannot be that many people that believe that Joe is the wise choice for another 4 year term as President of the United States.

This background ck is nothing more than to 1-keep track of who has what ammunition and in what quantity, and 2- to verify firearms that citizens may have, if your buying ammunition than you must have those firearms.

This is nothing more than extreme overreach of government and yet another example of willingness to violate Citizens constitutional rights. We believe with out a doubt that this is a way to verify who has what types of firearms and try to approximate how many. The Liberal Socialist Democrats are not concerned with public safety, they are concerned with playing politics to garner votes from those who share their socialist agendas . Proof that the NYS democrats care not about citizens rights to protect themselves and their families shows with the Personal Body armor ban that made thousands if not millions of what would have been law abiding citizens into criminals overnight while violating peoples rights because of one CRIMINAL.

We emphasize criminal because there was already a perfectly structured law on the books that didn’t violate peoples right to self protect in the chance of a active shooter incident, the law that was on the books made it a FELONEY if you used body Armour in the commission of a CRIME. So with that being said, the catalyst to jumpstart the body Armour ban was the buffalo shooting, that incident proves that CRIMINALS don’t follow the LAW and these ludicrous laws only hurt and punish law abiding citizens.

The Double standard for classified documents

So according to fmr FBI agent Peter Strzok comments on twitter shows why he should never have been a allowed a job in law enforcement .

This former FBI agents post on twitter show extream Bias, these post coupled with the text with lisa page and testimoney on the hill proves that he is extreamly bias when it comes to Trump and Conservatives/Republicans. His agenda all along has been to try to convict President Donald J Trump without proper due process, Why does this man have such a hate for trump ?.

So we go from one extream to another, when Mar-A-Lago was raided by the FBI it was the greatest thing and he thinks crossfire Hurrican will lead to Trumps prosicution. Well if you go back and look at Strzok’s past comments, and his tweets you can clearly see the bias theat is indicitive of someone with the ability to ruin someones life over their bias vs the fact that the job requires on to be unbias to effectively and properly carry out their duties. But in the minds of these bias thinking folks trump should be imprisoned for taking documents that he had the right to declassify but Biden did nothing wrong for illegaly having classified documents in multiple locations.

I don’t know about you, but this showes why people like this should never be allowed in positions of authority with the potential to destroy someones life, let alone let qualify them for a job in law enforcement.

The double standard from the Left has been made abundently clear that whats good for one is not good for the other and are loosing it now that republicans have the majority in the house and are playing by the demorcrats rules, but the left is furious over the whats good for the goose is good for the gander.
